Terms & Conditions of The Whole Health Maintenance Plan™

In this Agreement the Company (Randy Hatcher Herbs, Inc.) is referred to as "The Company" and the Member is sometimes referred to as "I/my or The Member".
Member Benefits: The Member will receive Herbs & Supplements at a Discount or Free from the Company each month based on the length of membership.
Qualifications: I understand that I will pay $25 per month Membership Fee. I understand that my Membership fee will be charged to my Credit/Debit card or deducted from my checking/savings account and my selected products will be shipped automatically each month. I understand that I will have to have three (3) Referrals to receive the $50 Coupons for Free products pass three months.
Term of agreement: I understand that the term of this agreement shall be for three (3) months and will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
I understand that I may cancel my Whole Health Maintenance Plan™ Membership at anytime by notifying the Company at least ten (10) days prior to my next product shipping date.
Refunds: I Understand that The Company will refund my cost of herbs & supplements less shipping & handling up to 30 days if I am not completely satisfied.
Contract: It is understood that any and all disagreements between the Company and the Member will be resolved by using Binding Arbitration which both parties agree to abide by the Arbitrator’s ruling.
Disclaimers: The company does not make any claims that the Herbs & Supplements The Member receives are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. The Company reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time by notifying the Member prior to the change.
I acknowledge that I have reviewed this Agreement and agree to all of the terms and conditions. I have independently evaluated the desirability of participating as a Whole Health Maintenance Plan ™ Member and I am not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this Agreement.
